Training Description: This non-technical course will prepare government leaders and emergency managers for cyber incidents by identifying protection, response and recovery strategies for implementation in a traditional emergency operations setting. Participants will analyze cyber threats and cascading impacts of cyber incidents, examine challenges of cyber-related information sharing, and learn to integrate existing emergency response resources to remediate cyber incidents. Please note the course is 1.5 days long.

As a FEMA-funded course, participants are required to obtain a FEMA Student Identification (SID) number. Participants can register for a FEMA SID at https://cdp.dhs.gov/FEMASID.
